Pedal to the Metal-JVC

2004

Forget everything you thought you knew about Impellitteri. This CD is by far the best metal CD of the year, an absolute treasure in every way. The two big surprises on this CD are Curtis Skelton's vocals, and Glen Sobel's relentless, almost sociopathic drumming throughout every track. The best Impellitteri CD EVER. It is actually disgusting how good this CD is, it will never leave your CD player. Did I mention that every track is powerful, intense, unique, and breathtaking. BUY IT! ... DO IT NOW!!

SYSTEM X - JVC

2002

System X features a rusty sledgehammer/slightly disgruntled Impellitteri sound. Fiery, irascible, vindictive lyrics abound, and for good reason, the songs are responses to many controversial, emotional subjects, from 9-11, to corrupt justice, racism, macabre violence, and raw animalistic emotion. Chris's solos almost seem to be musical vocalizations of society's pent-up frustration. Warning: If you are borderline manic-depressive or sociopathic, this CD will put you over the edge. Graham Bonnet's vocals could saw through an iron pipe, yet easily slice a tomato. System X is heavy, raw and primal.

CRUNCH-JVC

2000

Along with the standard "fastest" solos on earth, a new updated ultra-heavy progressive sound. Of the 10 tracks slated for the cut will be an instrumental ala warp-speed "Black Sabbath", a spanish sounding cut, a song called "I will fear no evil"(possibly the smash of the album), and a high octane cut called "Beware of the Devil". This new CD will be a TOTAL leap past anything fans have heard up till now.

IMPELLITTERI - Relativity

1987

This is the "original" Impellitteri EP. This first effort introduced the world to Chris Impellitteri's lightning-fast technique and also heralded the ongoing singer-songwriting duo of Rob Rock and Chris Impellitteri. "(the EP) was quick and raw, we didn't have a lot of time or money so we just went in and recorded--the response was great, because people could hear how live and energetic it is"-RR. The E.P. received rave reviews in such industry magazines as Guitar World and Circus. Solos on this CD don't really have an ending, they just go on and on and on! Fortunately, this EP is now re-issued as a CBS-SONY import CD.
